Frequently Asked Questions
Is the account free of VAC bans and any other types of bans?
Yes, we only sell accounts that are completely free of bans, including VAC, community, and trade bans.
What types of SteamIDs exist?
There are three main types of SteamIDs:
SteamID: The classic format, shown as STEAM_0:1:1337. This is also our default SteamID format.
SteamID3: Also known as the “Dota 2 ID” or “Friend ID”, formatted as [U:1:1337]. The last section is the Friend ID.
SteamID64: A long profile ID used in Steam profile URLs. You can use a custom profile URL instead, so this format is usually not relevant to our customers.
If you are unsure about any of these, we recommend contacting us first.
What does "digit" mean and why is it important?
It refers to the final number of the SteamID, for example the XXXXX part of STEAM_1:1:XXXXX. In general, the lower the SteamID, the older the account.
Accounts with 4 and 5 digit SteamIDs were registered on the day Steam launched (September 12, 2003).
Accounts with 6 digit SteamIDs were registered between September 13, 2003, and October 24, 2003.
Accounts with 7 digit SteamIDs were registered between October 23, 2003, and January 9, 2005.
Accounts with 8 digit SteamIDs were registered after January 9, 2006.
What do "OE" and "First key" mean?
OE refers to the email address that Steam Support recognizes as the original one.
The first CD key is the original CD key used when the account was created. It can be important when contacting Steam Support regarding account recovery or proof of ownership.
Due to the difficulty in determining the original HL1 key for accounts, only a limited number of accounts include this feature. After purchase, the original CD key will be provided to you. The original HL1 key will be sent to the email address you provide in a PDF file.
How safe is it to use our accounts?
We provide a guide to help you securely set up and use your new Steam account. The guide is designed to avoid unnecessary changes that may affect the account and to help you follow best practices when using older Steam accounts.
Do you deliver the account instantly via email?
Yes. Your account details are delivered automatically by email as soon as your payment is completed.
What will I get after purchasing the account?
You will receive the login details for both the Steam account and the associated email account, including the Steam username, Steam password, email address, and email password. If you purchase an account that includes the original first CD key, that will be provided as well.
Can I change the password/email address of the Steam account?
Yes. You will have full access and can change the Steam account password and email address. We strongly recommend following our guide before making any changes.
What games does the account already have?
4-, 5-, 6-, and 7-digit Steam accounts include either the HL1 pack or the HL2 pack, both of which include a version of Counter-Strike. This means you will receive the 5 and 10 year Veteran Coins.
If you buy an 8-digit Steam account, it will be completely empty and will not have any games.
I want to buy an account with nice friend ID / Dota 2 ID, what to do?
Add us on Discord and tell us your ideal SteamID or SteamID3 (Friend ID / Dota 2 ID), whether you are looking for sequential numbers, a specific number, or another pattern. We will try to find a suitable account for you.
I want to buy an account with very specific needs, can you help me?
We may be able to help. Please add us on Discord to discuss your needs.
Common requests include specific registration dates, certain numbers in the SteamID, repetitive SteamIDs (e.g. [U:1:1337] or STEAM_1:1:11111), or short and memorable Steam usernames (login names).
The Years of Service badge is not showing the correct number, what to do?
This can happen with older accounts. In some cases, you may need to spend at least $5 on Steam for the Years of Service badge to display correctly. For more information, please see Steam Support.
I can’t log in to the email address / Steam account, what to do?
Please ensure you are logging into the correct email provider (e.g., gmx.net is different from gmx.com). Also, be careful not to copy any spaces after the password. If you encounter any issues, please contact us on Discord or by email.
I want to use this account as my main, any advice?
Many customers use our accounts as their main Steam accounts. We recommend following our guide when setting up and using an older Steam account to help avoid unnecessary restrictions or issues.
