Due to the nature of Virtual Products, OSA Services LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds for Virtual Products.

In the event of technical issues or problems with the delivery of Virtual Products, you must notify OSA Services LLC promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

We offer authoritative guidance that must be adhered to for optimal safety. Nonetheless, we cannot assure the prevention of any adverse consequences on Steam accounts, such as locks, community bans, or other forms of limitations. Consequently, no provisions for refunds or returns exist in this regard. In the event of an account limitation, you may apprise us; however, we explicitly reserve the right to take appropriate action in accordance with this provision.
